Fees Child Form

You can set-up fees for each exam you want to charge a fee to take. An exam fee may be required as part of the certification requirements. Adding fees creates a product code and price and sets up the GL accounts for the exam fees. Also associated with the exam fee is the exam name, location, exam dates, and the price attributes.

Exam Fees Child Form

Column Description
Fee Name Displays the Name of the Fee.
Fee Category Displays the selected category of the fee.

Exam Fees Grandchild Form

Column Description
Price Code Displays the code given to the price.
Name Displays the friendly name for the price.
Price Displays the price in a dollar amount.
[add prices] Opens the Add -Exam Fee page, which allows you to Add an Exam Fee.
Tax Displays the tax for the product, which is the exam fee.
Tax Percent Displays the tax in a percentage.
[add linked tax] Opens the Add -Product Tax page, which allows you to associate a tax with a product (exam) fee.

Code Displays the Price Code or N/A.

Cust Type Displays the Customer Type such as Individual or Organization or N/A.
Member Displays Y or N or N/A.
Member Type Displays the Member Type or N/A.
Member Status Displays the Member Status or N/A.
Source Code Displays the Source Code or N/A.
Org Type Displays the Organization Type or N/A.
Ind Type Displays the Individual Type or N/A.
Non-Profit Displays Y or N or N/A.
Start Date Displays the date this price becomes valid or N/A.
End Date Displays the date this price becomes invalid or N/A.
